What to Expect
Tesla continues to scale at breakneck speed. In the coming months and years, we will further scale production in our factories, launch new models, and continue to expand our customer base in markets around the world. To keep pace with this growth, we need individuals with exceptional ability to challenge us to think differently. Our leadership team is seeking a dynamic problem solver to own special projects/programs.

The team is looking for a data and process-driven senior project manager with a primary focus on operations. The Senior Project Manager should be detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven root cause problem solving. They will seek out stakeholders’ concerns, interpret these needs, identify optimal solutions and partners with our product teams to build the solutions. Building strong partnerships with field leaders and various HQ teams that support Sales and Delivery, and driving positive changes will be key to success.

What You’ll Do
  • Define, ideate, prioritize, test, and launch different sales and delivery programs throughout North America
  • Partner closely with both cross-functional and external teams to drive the workstream forward
  • Measure the impact of the programs on sales and delivery performance

What You’ll Bring
  • 4-Year degree in Business, Engineering or Economics, MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a company or business unit of comparable complexity including operations management, and evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel with proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
  • JIRA, Confluence and Data Analytics experience preferred
